Shipping & Returns

Our products are shipped from our Hobart warehouse. 
You will be sent confirmation of shipping + tracking details for your delivery.
Please carefully check your address is correct when ordering as a re-delivery fee may be charged. 
Your package will be left in a safe place, if available, on delivery.
Standard: $8
Express: $12
Free Standard: For orders over $100

delivery times
We know you're excited to get your hands on your goodies! Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched from our Hobart warehouse. Delivery times will vary on shipping type depending on where you're based, but generally, this is between 2-10 working days.

We are sure you will love the Pramhands goodies you’ve brought into your life, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  

Conditions of Return:
All products must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return.
You will be responsible for return postage costs.
For any questions or to request a return, please email hello@pramhands.com and one of our lovely team members will guide you through the process.

Please note: only full priced items may be refunded, sale items are not eligible for refund.

Our returns policy is applicable to products purchased from www.pramhands.com only.
If you purchased from a stockist, please contact them directly.
